Bemis Manufacturing Company acquires Olsonite
On February 18, 2005, Bemis Manufacturing Company acquired the assets and ongoing business of the Olsonite Corporation. With the purchase, Bemis has added a strong, well known, and respected brand name to strengthen our on-going pledge to provide high quality products and excellent service to our customers. With this acquisition, the Olsonite business name changed to "Olsonite Seat Company" and the Olsonite brand will continue to be offered through the plumbing wholesale channel.
