This Agreement is between Olsonite Corporation
("Olsonite" or "the Company") and you
("you", or "user") as a user of our internet
website. Please read this Agreement and these terms and conditions
carefully before using this site. By using this site, you are agreeing
to be bound by all terms and conditions in this Agreement. Olsonite
reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement
at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of this site
will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time

the at-will employment relationship between Olsonite and employee users.

and federal laws governing intellectual property, trade secrets and
proprietary or confidential information. "Confidential
Information" means any and all data and information relating to
Olsonite's business of which you become aware as a consequence of your
use of this site that has value to Olsonite and is not generally
available to the public. By use of this
site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that any pass code secured
information shall be treated as confidential, whether or not so
specifically marked or designated, and is subject to efforts that are
reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its confidentiality. You

than for legitimate business-related purposes beneficial to Olsonite)

this Agreement. You agree that you will not transmit or otherwise
transfer any web pages, data, or content found on this site to any other
computer, server, web site, or other medium for mass distribution or for
use by any competitive enterprise. You agree that you will not use any
device, software, or take any other action to interfere or attempt to
interfere with the proper working of this site. You are expressly
prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening,
libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or
profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage
conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil
liability, or otherwise violate the law. In addition, you are prohibited

rights of others or violates their privacy rights, (b) is protected by
copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, unless with express
permission of the owner of such right, and (c) contains a virus or other

Pass Code and Review of

disclose to law enforcement officials or other third parties any and all

receipt of any information that the Company deems inappropriate or in
violation of these terms and conditions. Your use of this site
constitutes your consent to such monitoring and review.
Termination
If in the sole and exclusive judgment of the
Company, you engage or threaten to engage in any improper use of this
site or otherwise fail to comply with these terms and conditions,
Olsonite may terminate this Agreement, these terms and conditions, and
your access to this site, at any time, without or without notice. Such
termination shall not affect any right to relief to which Olsonite may
be entitled at law or in equity.
